The first oil change is supposed to be at 6 months or 6000 miles. At 7 months we still didn’t even have 2000 miles but I changed the oil and did this UOA.
Recommended oil is 0w20. Subaru says if that’s not available using 5w30 is acceptable. If a thicker oil is acceptable / will not void the warranty, I always opt for it.
