Does Where Oil Filters are Made Matter?

I recently placed an order for my 2021 Silverado's oil change. Amsoil SS 0W20 and the EAO17 oil filter. While I was at it, I decided to order a couple EAO24s for my 565 big block. Seeing as Champion makes the filters for Fram's Endurance and Amsoil, I figured the filters would all be made in America, but apparently not.
